Invited participation for the Competition for the New Head Office Building for Ajman Municipality, UAE, in collaboration with M3 Architects, January 2007.

The municipality building proposal is an urban and public garden. The oval-shaped space is an enclosed micro-climate and environmentally controlled garden. Offices and administration are placed in a semi-crescent block.
